A nurse practitioner- led clinic specializing in non-surgical minimally invasive aesthetics and wellness treatments tailored to enhance your natural beauty and support your wellness goals. Each patient is treated like family in a warm and welcoming environment. I take pride in creating individualized aesthetic and wellness plans, ensuring every client receives thoughtful personalized attention.
With a commitment to professionalism, safety, and results, my goal is to provide trusted, high quality care that empowers you to feel confident on the inside and out.
I graduated in 2005 with my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska. I began my nursing career at Immanuel Hospital, where I worked in Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, and the Newborn Nursery. After marrying my husband Mark and moving to Casper, I continued my passion for women’s health at Wyoming Medical Center in the Mother and Baby Unit.
Continuing to follow my love for women’s health, I joined True Care Women’s Clinic as a Nurse Educator, where I performed ultrasounds and provided patient education—an experience I found deeply meaningful and fulfilling.
After taking several years off to raise my five children, I returned to school to become a Family Nurse Practitioner. Now, as the owner and founder of Vigneri Aesthetics & Wellness, I am excited to combine my medical expertise and compassionate care to help patients look and feel their best—empowering them to live healthy, confident, and vibrant lives.
Outside of work, I stay busy cheering on my five kids and adventuring with my husband Mark. When I find a quiet moment, I enjoy bird watching and reading. While I am passionate about women's health and aesthetics, my faith and family remain the most important parts of my life and the foundation of everything I do.

As a Registered Nurse with eight years of nursing experience, I am passionate about helping patients achieve their aesthetic and wellness goals. A Casper, Wyoming native, I have deep roots in this community and am committed to bringing advanced aesthetic treatments to my hometown.
Since April 2024, I have specialized in aesthetic nursing, offering injectable treatments including neurotoxins and dermal fillers. Currently, I am training on new and exciting treatments to expand the services I can offer my patients.
I am committed to staying current in aesthetic medicine through continuous education and training sessions, ensuring I can provide my patients with the most effective treatment options available.
My goal is to expand access to quality aesthetic care in Casper, Wyoming, while providing personalized treatment plans that help each patient feel confident and beautiful.
